Reforestation project “Green climate”
All our offerings and programs are climate neutral through our own reforestation project “Green Climate” in Paraguay. With our tree replantation we compensate the CO2 caused by our travels like transport, accommodation and catering.
As part of our “Green Climate” reforestation project in Paraguay we have been planting trees since 2008. We calculate the value for the CO2 to be offset from the number of travel guests per year and the kilometres driven per travel guest. Additionally, we compensate the CO2 of our employees. Our compensation of about 220t CO2 is achieved by planting approximately 440 trees in an area of 0,5ha land per annum.
